Key Responsibilities Maintain a rotational outreach schedule with locations in Lafayette, Crawfordsville, and Logansport, Indiana. Participate in a 1:4 call rotation. Manage an average outpatient volume of 11-13 patients per day and an inpatient volume of 8-15 patients per day. Diagnose and treat common conditions including atrial fibrillation, hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, and dyslipidemia. Qualifications Doctorate degree in medicine. Valid Physician License (MD/DO). Board Certification or eligibility in Cardiology. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
