Overview

Bassett Healthcare Network is an integrated health care system that provides care and services to people living in an eight-county region covering 5,600 square miles in Central New York. The organization includes five corporately affiliated hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields. More than 500 full-time salaried physicians and advanced practice clinicians who focus on patient centered care.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
- Traditional outpatient practice, Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- No OB
- Generative AI Scribes offered to all Primary Care Physicians to help decrease time and stress associated with notes
- Innovative Inbasket Ninja Program in place for Primary Care that covers inbaskets of any departed providers or providers on leave or vacation
- Fully integrated EPIC Electronic Medical Record
- A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients.
- Salary Range: $320,000 $374,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
- Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment
- Residency stipend up to $45,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation
- Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000
- Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs

Job Qualifications
- MD, DO or MBBS
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- NYS Licensure
- BLS Certification Required
- DEA Required
