The role involves full scope orthopedic surgery including consultations, procedures, and inpatient/outpatient care, supported by modern facilities and a collaborative clinical environment. A leading regional health system in Missouri is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a busy, well-established multi-specialty clinic. This is a hospital-employed position offering a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a highly supportive clinical environment in a vibrant, welcoming community.
Position Highlights:
- Collaborative practice alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers
- Full scope orthopedic surgery: consultations, procedures, inpatient and outpatient care
- Flexible call rotation with minimal weekend coverage
- Newly renovated ORs, comprehensive therapy/wellness center, and advanced specialty support
- Epic EMR for clinical documentation
- Teaching and mentorship opportunities with APPs and clinical staff
- Eligible location for J1 visa sponsorship (not accepting locums or 1099 candidates)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Two-year guaranteed base salary starting at $600,000+ (based on experience)
- $50,000 signing bonus
- $2,000/month residency or fellowship stipend
- Up to $100,000 student loan repayment over five years
- Annual quality and efficiency bonus

Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Missouri medical license (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years experience in orthopedic surgery (2 5 years preferred)
- DEA and CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
- Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
- J1 visa support available
