- Immunization record, flu vaccine, or declination, and a negative TB or QuantiFERON Gold test within one year of the start.
- 40 hours per week with varied shifts.
- Strong proficiency with EPIC EMR.
- Ability to manage a patient volume of 12 to 15 patients per day.
