Locums/Family Practice/Job/Maryland Position Highlights Work with a team of nurse case managers, behavioral health professionals, and medical assistants to treat patients with multiple chronic conditions. Family Medicine/Internal Medicine outpatient clinic seeing pts age 16 and up with multiple chronic conditions.
