Working under the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the PT collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role requires licensure, CPR certification, and preferably at least one year of physical therapy experience in a healthcare setting.
Description
Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the PT (Physical Therapy) Clinician is responsible for planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. The PT Clinician will work collaboratively with a team that includes other clinicians across disciplines, nurses, and providers to create the best possible outcome for our patients.

Required Qualifications:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year Physical Therapy experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
