Established primary care team with three locations near the hospital

Patient & Procedure Mix

Full-spectrum family medicine: physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood
Preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment

Schedule

Traditional hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Willing to discuss 4-day work week with extended hours
Call: No more than 5 days/month of backup phone call

Requirements

MD or DO (U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent)
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
Completion of an ACGME-approved residency
Eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License
