Required Exp: 2+ years recent acute care experience, **MUST HAVE SURGICAL STEPDOWN EXPERIENCE** IMCU/Stepdown experience, auto med dispensing and more than 1 previous travel assignment. Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips. Tele test and CC Med test on day 1. Preferred Exp: Tertiary facility experience. Unit sees post-operative patients requiring intermediate care transferred from PACU or SICU and includes cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, trauma, and transplant patients. 38 beds with an average patient ratio of 1:3, 1:4 or 1:4-5 if MedSurg floor patients.
