Ratios: 1:2, charge nurse is non-patient care
EHR: Paragon
Equipment: IABP (occasional use)
Patient Population / Cases:
Sepsis, respiratory failure, some cardiac and trauma patients
Ideal Candidate:
Strong medical ICU background (TNCC preferred)
