Position requires fellowship training in neonatology, board certification or eligibility, active state license or IMLC enrollment, clean malpractice/background history, and experience with Epic EMR. No outreach or telehealth; role is hospital-based at Waterloo Medical Center with lab, imaging, and pharmacy support.

Patient Demographics:

Additional Information:
Integrated NICU: Infants remain in LDRP with family, but can be transferred to the NICU if needed.
