Travel Nursing Job Details- Location: Boston, MA 02114 (Massachusetts ICU jobs)
- Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
- Unit: Blake 12 ICU (Adult Medical, Surgical, Transplant, Trauma)
- Start Date: December 6, 2025
- End Date: January 31, 2026
- Duration: 8-week contract
- Hours per Week: 36 hours
- Shift: 12-hour shifts; balanced day/night rotation
- Schedule: Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,880–$2,020 per week
- Active RN license (Massachusetts preferred) with ICU certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU nursing experience
- At least 1 year of travel nurse experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work both day and night 12-hour shifts as scheduled
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, surgeons, and transplant specialists
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide advanced life support as needed
- Educate and support patients and families, ensuring clear communication throughout the care process
- Maintain a safe clinical environment and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
