Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Boston, MA 02114 (Massachusetts ICU jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Unit: Blake 12 ICU (Adult Medical, Surgical, Transplant, Trauma)
• Start Date: December 6, 2025
• End Date: January 31, 2026
• Duration: 8-week contract
• Hours per Week: 36 hours
• Shift: 12-hour shifts; balanced day/night rotation
• Schedule: Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,880–$2,020 per week

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Massachusetts preferred) with ICU certification
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU nursing experience
• At least 1 year of travel nurse experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work both day and night 12-hour shifts as scheduled
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, surgeons, and transplant specialists
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide advanced life support as needed
• Educate and support patients and families, ensuring clear communication throughout the care process
• Maintain a safe clinical environment and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
