With the recent retirement of our adult reconstruction/total joint orthopaedic surgery partner, this lucrative partnership opportunity offers an earning potential of 1.5MM+ with additional revenue generated from being part-owner of the physician-designed and owned surgical hospital in Kansas (KS).

- As Much OR Time As You Can Fill
- 2 Dedicated PAs per physician who take first call
- No trauma
- 100% total joint/adult reconstruction focus
- Step into a retiring physician's practice and be busy from day 1 performing an estimated 500+ joint cases per year - uncapped potential
- ORs, Clinic, Imaging, PT, OT, Dietary, and Pharmacy are all located onsite
- Joining experienced surgeons with over 20+ years of experience who are happy to provide mentorship

Compensation:
- Proven earning potential of 1.5MM+
- Initial recruitment package of 756K
- Partnership track with a two-year guarantee and ability to become an owner of our physician-designed and owned surgical hospital (Hospital, not ASC and 1 of only ~250 in the US)
- Fellowship stipend option
