JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Texas State Medical License
• Board: Board Certified/Board Eligible in ABEM or osteopathic counterparts; must be residency trained in specialty certified in
• DEA: Active DEA with Texas address
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS (ABEM requires proof of ATLS and current ACLS), CME within past 2 years, immunization records (TB, Flu, Hep B, MMR, Varicella)
• Experience: Case logs from the past 2 years
• Other Qualifications: Copies of all education and training diplomas, SS card, driver s license, color photo, telehealth experience not required

• Collaborate with APPs and specialty backup teams
