Manage day-to-day operations of an upscale-casual restaurant in the Kansas City metro; full-time, on-site, salaried manager role; permanent position with benefits (health, PTO, 401(k)); schedules include nights/weekends per restaurant needs. - Recent management experience in high-volume, systems-oriented upscale-casual restaurant
- Proven leadership with coaching, team development, and standards enforcement
- Inventory and ordering experience

Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- Must have recent management experience in a high-volume, systems-oriented, upscale-casual restaurant
- Significant career progression with solid work tenure
- Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leads by example, and upholds restaurant standards
- Inventory and ordering are required - previous experience is necessary
- Experience with high-volume carryout is a HUGE plus
