- Valid medical license to practice in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with adult forensic psychiatry and managing 15–19 patient caseloads
- Inpatient hospital/forensic unit experience
- Ability to complete credentialing in ~2 weeks (Axuall-compatible)
