Task Force Hotel General Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Service Hotel General Manager (350+ rooms)
• Multi-property operations experience with Marriott or Hilton
• Passionate about team and guest satisfaction
• 100% travel required

Task Force Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of both properties – not limited to front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering.
• Lead and develop the team with integrity to ensure brand standards are achieved consistently.
• Maintain a memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Implement best practices that elevate guest satisfaction and foster a culture
• Prepare budgets, forecast revenue and partner on marketing initiatives to achieve goals.
• Conduct regular property audits, inspections and evaluations.

Task Force Hotel General Manager Benefits:
