Permanent, fully furnished placement with travel/lodging paid and professional liability covered. Primary Care Physician (Family/Internal Medicine) in Southeastern Virginia. Full-time Mon–Fri 8a–5p; every third-week night/weekend call (weeknights 5p–8a, Fri 5p–Mon 8a). Permanent locum-tenens placement starting Feb, ongoing. EPIC EMR; team-based clinic; occasional home/SNF visits. - Medical degree and board certification in Family or Internal Medicine - Active Virginia medical license - Experience in complex care management and geriatrics preferred - Comfortable with EPIC and interdisciplinary team care - Ability to cover scheduled weeknight/weekend call

Job Title: Primary Care Physician Location: Southeastern Virginia Duration: Feb - ongoing Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8a-5p Call: Every third week to cover Weeknight 5p-8a for clinic patients, Friday 5p-Mon 8a Scope: General Adult only Primary Care, mostly Geriatrics. Complex care, IDT participation, Home and SNF visits (possibly if needed, unlikely) EMR: EPIC Group/support: Full clinic staff Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients, with a focus on geriatrics
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for comprehensive patient care
• Conduct home and skilled nursing facility visits as needed

Qualifications:

• Medical degree and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active state medical license in Virginia
• Experience in complex care management and geriatrics preferred
