• Open to experienced candidates in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• If candidate is TRULY Board Eligible, must become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming eligible

• Not open to commuters and/or those looking for secondary employment

• Board Eligible (to become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming Board Eligible) or Board Certified in Geriatrics Medicine -OR- Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with Geriatrics Experience - REQUIRED

• Experience working with Geriatrics population - REQUIRED

• MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

• DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

• BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

• Clean malpractice - PREFERRED

• Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
