We are seeking six board-certified Physician Assistants (PA-C) or MD/DOs to join the Emergency Medicine team at a community hospital in Springfield, MA.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM, 7 PM - 7 AM), with consistent coverage of 10-12 shifts per month starting July 2025 and ongoing.
• Experience Required: No new grads; applicants must have BC through NCCPA, BLS, and ACLS certification.
• Work Environment: Fast-paced emergency department handling 55,000 annual ER visits, with APPs working autonomously. No trauma level designation; community hospital setting.
• Technology: Uses Epic EMR system.
• Additional Responsibilities: Respond to house codes and work with hospitalists for admission orders.
