Join a cohesive and well-established hospitalist team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a culture of collaboration and support. We re seeking a Hospital Medicine Physician who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a balanced lifestyle.
Position Highlights:
- Established Team: Work alongside 13 physicians, 4 advanced practice providers, and a dedicated clinical performance nurse who provides invaluable support.
- Collaborative Environment: Daytime intensivist coverage with tele-ICU support overnight ensures seamless patient management.
- Flexible Scheduling: Options available for full-time or part-time, 7-on/7-off, primarily daytime schedules to promote work-life balance.
- Compensation: $300K base salary plus incentives, and a $50K commencement bonus.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Wyoming.

Practice Environment:
- Manage complex and rewarding cases in a semi-open ICU setting.
