Position Details: Specialties: Pediatric Hospitalist, Pediatrics Start Date: September 20, 2023 End Date: October 6, 2023 Allowed Holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day Other: Scheduling Need Providers Requested: 1 Pediatric Hospitalist Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call Work Details: EMR System: MEDHOST Practice Setting: Inpatient Board Certification Requirement: Yes (Fellowship preferred) Minimum Board Certification: Eligible License required: Active Ohio license Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days Call Details: Call Type: Beeper Specialty Skills: Pediatrics Required Skills: Non-Invasive Ventilation Management (neo-puff), Ventilation Management (Newborn and Pediatric), Intubation (ETT/NT), Conscious sedation, Chest tube insertion, X-ray interpretation, EKG interpretation, Suturing minor lacerations, Swallow studies, and more. Additional Information: This is for a Pediatric Hospitalist with no clinic involvement. The EMR used is MedHost. Level 1 Nursery Coverage at CMH with approximately 30 births per month. Family-centered rounding at 9:00 am each day, involving OB and pediatric providers, RNs, directors, and lactation specialists at the patient's bedside. Coverage needed from 7:00 am to 7:00 am on the following dates: September 20, 21, 25, and October 5.
