- Board Certification: Required
- Board Eligible: Accepted
- Certification Requirements: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Life Certification Requirements: Board Eligible, ACLS & PALS

- Specialty Back Up: Transfers to Houston Pearland
