We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead executive-level initiatives within our organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape project governance and ensure successful delivery while collaborating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program structure, operating cadence, and effective communication for projects.
• Collaborate with business owners to define workstreams and prioritize tasks for optimal project execution.
• Manage project delivery by creating comprehensive project plans and tracking progress against milestones.
• Oversee risk mitigation strategies and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure robust documentation and transparency regarding project status and issue resolution.
• Align project status with business owners and escalate key decisions as necessary.

Skills

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in executive or non-technical roles.
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of projects.
• Proficient in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in governance frameworks and project delivery methodologies.
