The Staff Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered nursing care with a focus on nephrology and dialysis patients, participating in professional development and quality improvement activities. They lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized, compassionate care that improves patient outcomes. This role requires at least one year of RN experience, state licensure, and proficiency with Electronic Health Records.

WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Staff Nurse you will actively participate in professional role development activities, including continuing education, quality assessment and improvement, and the review and clinical application of research findings. The Staff Nurse develops ethically sound practice and confronts ethical challenges through the application of the Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and the state Scope of Practices.
