Requirements:
- NH is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 2+ years current experience in Physical Therapy in Home Health
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience
- OASIS experience
- Age group experience: Peds to Geri
- AHA BLS
- Previous travel experience highly preferred
NO LOCALS - Must be 50+ miles from facility
