Responsibilities

• Practice Setting:
  • Hospital-based cancer center with outpatient services, onsite lab, diagnostics, and pharmacy.
• Reason for Coverage:
  • New program growth
• Dates of Coverage:
  • Starting October 7, 2024, for approximately 10 months
• Shifts Per Month:
  • Full-time (5 days per week); part-time options available (partial weeks or alternating weeks)
• Call Ratio:
  • 1:5
• Patient Population:
  • Adult, Geriatric
• Percentage of Practice:
  • 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology
• Number of Physicians in Practice:
  • 7 across 2 locations
• APPs Providing Coverage:
  • Approximately 10

• Active Michigan License: Required
• BLS Certification: Required
