Local CDL A Shuttle Driver/ Warehouse Assoc. - $27/hr

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Louisville, KY. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm

  • Pay: $25.50 Per Hour 

  • Route Type: Local shuttle runs between warehouses

  • Freight / Load Type: 90% warehouse work

  • Equipment: Shuttling 

  • Handling: Position is 90% warehouse work


CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

  • License: CDL A  

  • Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

  • Endorsements: Hazmat & Tanker NOT required to start, but must be obtained during assignment

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) 

  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 


CDL A Responsibilities:  

  • Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

  • Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

  • Perform required handling tasks

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

  • Meet the physical demands of the role
