UNC Primary Care at Clayton, in partnership with UNC Health Johnston, located in Clayton, NC, are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine physician to join their team. This practice meets and exceeds the challenges of providing care to significant patient needs with complex clinical management, patient complexities and chronic disease management. Experienced candidates preferred but will consider exemplary new grads. Rural Incentive Package!
Practice site:
- Primary Care practice
- Complex patient panel
- Lean Management
- Large patient population w/ chronic disease management
- EMR - EPIC
- Dietician, Social Worker and Pharmacist rotate through clinic and available virtually
- Onsite Lab and X-ray
