LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Concord, New Hampshire.
Job Description & Requirements

Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses
RTO MUST be included at time of submission
EMR- Cerner Must have recent Experience w/in the last 12 months
Current Certifications required: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start., ACLS preferred
Will need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%
1-2 yrs minimum Med surg experience is necessary. Would be open to Critical Care RN as long as fluent with care of med-surg ratios & acuity.
Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246 or Concord Hospital-Franklin,15 Aiken Ave, Franklin, NH 03235
