This includes processing mail lists, setting up base documents, and ensuring all artwork adheres to strict USPS postal regulations.Signage Pre-Press: Prepare and scale graphics for wide-format signage, ensuring proper resolution, bleeds, and finishing marks for various substrates.Data Management: Utilize Excel to clean, organize, and format data for variable printing (VDP) and mail merges.Production Artistry: Manipulate, edit, and troubleshoot native files (InDesign, Illustrator) to ensure they are optimized for offset, digital, and inkjet output.Imposition: Set up approved files for maximum production efficiency across different press types.Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous pre-flighting to catch errors in fonts, color profiles, and layout before they reach the production floor. Qualifications:Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is non-negotiable.
