Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry night shift position requiring a current OH or compact RN license and recent Med/Surg Tele experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital setting on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Night shifts are 12 hours, typically 3 shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:30
- Patient population includes adults requiring medical-surgical and telemetry care
- Qualivis – Lotus system used for submitting hours
- Must be able to work at least every other holiday
- Assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location shall not exceed 18 consecutive months, with a required 6-month break before returning
- Travelers may be eligible for contract extension upon mutual agreement
- Scrubs or dress code requirements are not specified
Requirements
- Active OH or compact RN license in hand
- Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Must complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation and achieve an acceptable score
