Hourly Base Wage: $22/hr

Monday - Friday schedule

About the Role
Provide exceptional customer service by answering the phone promptly and being ready to answer any queries, resolve any issues, or obtain any necessary information.
Maintain exceptional working relationships with customers, installers, vendor partners, and other staff
Ensure all aspects of each project are running smoothly by creating job folders, communicating with customers, processing sale/contract orders, and uploading all contract documentation daily
Assist the Install manager with scheduling installation dates and service requests, ordering all job materials, and pulling building permits
Key Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills with an expertise in problem resolution.
Exceptional multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks.
Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn other computer programs.
