Vibrant Central New Jersey Medical Practice based in Edison is expanding and has an opening for a BC/BE Family Practitioner.

Work Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 work hours per day. Some flexibility with daily start and end times. No Hospital Call and Practice Call is one out of every four evenings. Daily anticipated patient visits range from 27-35 patients. Practice EMR is eClinicalWorks.

Guaranteed Base Salary of $240k for a minimum of three years. An attractive Productivity Incentive will support significant additional income potential according to overall practice growth. Employment benefits include Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Annual CME Allowance, 401k Retirement Matching Plan, Malpractice Insurance, and generous Paid Time Off. Commencement Bonus of $30k associated with a three-year agreement, and $50k for a five-year agreement. Practice will provide Student Loan Repayment (if applicable) - the actual amount and structure of such to be negotiated.
