Registered Dental Hygienist – Westerly, RI
Our growing private dental practice in Westerly, RI is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We pride ourselves on our long-term staff, state-of-the-art technology, and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where patient care always comes first. We are seeking a compassionate, energetic hygienist who truly enjoys making a difference in patients’ lives.
Schedule
- Part-time position with definite growth potential into full-time
- Office hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall dental health
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral images
- Deliver excellent customer service and patient communication
- Work collaboratively with the doctor and team to ensure smooth daily flow
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Positive, outgoing, and compassionate personality
- Reliable, responsible, and well-organized
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Experience with digital X-rays and intraoral cameras
- Dentrix experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Pay & Compensation
- $48–$53 per hour, depending on experience
