Family Medicine Physician -Join a Mission-Driven Practice Focused on Community Health - South Carolina
Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Central, or Northeast, South Carolina . This is a 100% outpatient opportunity in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model, offering a strong work-life balance, generous benefits, and a chance to make a lasting impact in an underserved community. Multiple communities to call home and an easy drive to Columbia, Charlotte, and Myrtle Beach.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (five 8-hour shifts)
- One day includes a 4-hour dedicated admin block
- Setting: 100% outpatient - no hospital or ER responsibilities
- Call: After-hours phone-only call, 1:4 rotation
- Patient Load: 18-24 patients per day
- Clinical/Admin Split: 90% Clinical / 10% Administrative
- Team-Based Care Model - Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment - Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Women's Health, Chiro, and Laboratory Services
- 40-year-old Organization with 13 Locations throughout South Carolina
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $200,000 - $235,000+ (commensurate with experience)
- Sign-On Bonus and Relocation

- Annual Salary Increase: Up to 10%
- Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for up to $100,000
