The Senior Client Services Representative manages complex client portfolios by coordinating marketing, claims, renewals, and administrative tasks while resolving advanced customer service issues. They support client presentations, develop new business opportunities, and independently handle the needs of clients with complex requirements. This role requires strong knowledge of insurance brokerage, customer service expertise, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.
Overview
This role provides independent support for a complex client portfolio, coordinating with internal teams to manage marketing, claims, renewals, and administration while resolving advanced service issues and inquiries. Responsibilities include preparing renewals, conducting enrollment meetings, assisting with presentations, and developing new business opportunities with existing clients.
How you'll make an impact
- Coordinates activities with the Account Managers, Account Executives, Producers, Brokers in servicing designated book of business relating to marketing, claims, administration, renewals, sales.
- Typically assigned to clients having the most complex needs with no renewal goals associated with assigned accounts.
- Independently provides support to assigned group of clients.
- Resolves most complex customer service problems and inquiries that require research and interactions with carriers or agents.
- Day-to-day client contacts are generally mid- or lower-level client staff, but have knowledge and experience needed to support senior-level client staff.
- Responds to client questions and maintains a log of conversations.
- Markets new and renewal accounts according to company procedures.
- Assists with research and preparation for client presentations.
- Develops new lines of business with current clients and informs clients of pertinent legal issues.
- Prepares renewals according to procedures manual.
- Supervises and conducts enrollment meetings and implementation procedures.
About You
Required: High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of related experience.
Preferred: Appropriate license
Behaviors: Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks
