SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a BE/BCPediatric Physician to join a stable and growing, well-established pediatric practice. This is an outpatient-focused role with minimal inpatient responsibilities, ideal for physicians seeking a strong work-life balance within a collaborative group.

Practice Highlights

  • Established practice of four pediatricians with long-tenured providers (20–30+ years)

  • Existing and active patient panel

  • Stable growth with strong community presence

  • No academic affiliation

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Primarily outpatient pediatric care (95%)

  • Newborn rounding approximately one morning per week

  • Limited inpatient work (approximately 5%)

  • Minor procedures, including hospital circumcisions

  • Typical patient scheduling every 20–30 minutes, depending on template

Candidate Profile

  • Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics

  • Open to experienced physicians, residents, or fellows

  • No fellowship required

  • No special licenses or certifications beyond standard requirements
