Our client, a leader in property management, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join their team. As a Property Manager, you will be part of the community support department, supporting residential communities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating positive resident experiences, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Roseville / Mounds View, MN

Pay Range: $46,000-$56,000

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, guests, and local municipalities to foster strong relationships
  • Maintain or achieve a 100% occupancy rate through proactive management and resident engagement
  • Collect rent and fees promptly, following up with residents on late payments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company standards by conducting daily community assessments
  • Manage community budgets effectively to maximize profitability and ensure financial health

What's Needed?

  • At least 3 years of experience in property management or mobile home community management
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service through various communication channels
  • Experience managing a successful team and vendor relationships
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle legally
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as required
