• Currently 1 vascular surgeon in practice - Hospital has 2 vascular surgeons on staff, both employed but in separate practices
• Patient Load: Office: patients per day
• Work Schedule: Office: M - F: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Call Schedule: Practice: 1:2 Hospital: 1:3
• Skill Mix: Full-scope vascular surgery case mix including open and endovascular procedures, carotid endarterectomy, AV fistula grafts, extremity bypass surgery, angiograms.
• Easy access to the 12-operating room suite, interventional/endovascular procedure room, and 6-operating room ambulatory surgery center.
Must be proficient and comfortable with AV fistula grafts for renal dialysis patients. Compensation:
• Base salary of $500,000 + incentive of $46 per physician wRVU above 10,870/year
• Estimated wRVUs at 12,000 = 1,130 wRVU x $46 - Bonus = $51,980
• Total estimated potential - $551,980
• Sign on bonus: $30k
