Cardiac Stepdown RN Job Details

• Location: Winchester, Massachusetts 01890
• Healthcare Setting: Cardiac Stepdown (A1 Cardiac Tele PCU)
• Contract Length: 13-week travel nursing contract (Start: 12/15/2025 – End: 3/14/2026)
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2310 - $2470

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• BLS certification from AHA required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in cardiac stepdown, cardiac telemetry, or related healthcare jobs
• Ability to float to Medical-Surgical and Medical-Surgical Telemetry units as needed

Cardiac Stepdown Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in cardiac patient conditions
• Implement appropriate nursing interventions and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR
• Float to Medical-Surgical and Medical-Surgical Telemetry units as required
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
