About the Role:As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to address the unique healthcare needs of the incarcerated population.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver individualized nursing care based on patient needs
Administer medications and treatments per protocol
Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
Work collaboratively with RNs, providers, and facility staff
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies
