Job Responsibilities
- Provide hospice care through a mix of telehealth and onsite services
- Respond to night and weekend calls, manage admissions, and consult on complex patient cases
- Collaborate with NPs during overlapping call shifts
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and consultations
Qualifications
- Active Oregon license and DEA
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with ample hospice experience
- BLS certification required
Working Hours
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- On-call duties: 4-6 nights per month, approximately 1 weekend per month
