We are a well-established, multi-site FQHC in Connecticut looking to add a full-time Infectious Disease physician to our growing team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference in the community, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care for patients with infectious diseases
• Participate in very light phone call coverage
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Infectious Disease
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
