Local Team Collaboration:
- Lead our team of 7 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners with the support of a clinical performance nurse and practice coordinator at Meadville Medical Center.
- Meadville Medical Center is a 235-bed community hospital.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Medicine/Pediatrics, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current or recent Hospitalist leadership experience
- Exhibit exemplary communication skills
- Pennsylvania State Medical License or the ability to apply for one
- Authorized to work in the United States
Scheduling:
- Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days off rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 7 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care, including pediatric inpatients
- Collaborate with hospital administration on key initiatives and goals in patient care
- Lead and collaborate with Sound leadership
- Involvement with the Meadville Medical Center Family Medicine residency program
