✅ Eligibility & Commitment
To participate, students must:
Be in their final semester of an accredited LPN or RN program
Complete their senior practicum at Mercy Hospital St Louis
Accept a bedside nursing role at Mercy (minimum 6-month commitment). You will need to start applying to Graduate Nurse opportunities ASAP!
*It is strongly encouraged that this position is on the unit where the practicum was completed
