This role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and program growth through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, and external partners. Responsibilities include program development, data management, education, and continuous performance improvement. Position Details: •
Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). •
Licensure: Current RN license in state of practice; must meet all state board requirements. •
Experience: o
Minimum 3–5 years acute care experience in relevant specialty. o
Experience in program development, quality improvement, and patient/staff education. •
Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; specialty certifications desirable.
