Marshfield Medical Center - Dickinson is in growth mode and is seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join our Robust Healthcare Team in Michigan's central Upper Peninsula in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Join an established Oncology team of 1 physician and 2 APCs. Onsite Radiation Oncology with advanced imaging and equipment.

- Single Outpatient Clinic
- No offsite clinic travel
- 50% Hematology/50% Oncology practice mix
- 14 patients/day (1-hour visits for new patients)
- Excellent Support/Nursing Staff
- Dedicated Pathology & Radiology support
- Stong research program and support of clinical trials with dedicated Research RN and coordinators

Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- 2-year salary guarantee of $700k, depending on location, for a 1.0 FTE
- Up to $150k retention incentive, if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details)
- 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start
