Full description
Seeking a BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to help us grow our Integrated Cardiovascular Service Line.
? Clinical Responsibility for adult cardiac, thoracic, and minimally invasive robotic surgery with an interest in working on the arch. On and Off-Pump CABG, Mitral Repair, arrhythmia surgery, as well as endovascular and open aortic surgery including dissection repair.
? Perform a broad spectrum of thoracic surgical procedures, including minimally invasive lung resections, transhiatal esophagectomy, and complex anti-reflux procedures.
? Academic Clinical leadership through the College of Medicine in research aimed at advancing cardiothoracic surgery techniques and knowledge, as well as contributing to the instruction of medical students, residents, and fellows.
? Nearly 400 Heart Surgeries performed in 2024.
? High Volume TAVR Program and Lead Extraction Referral Center
? Practice, ER and Hospital Call: 1:4
? 5 APRNS on the team for support
? Practice is open M-F from 8-5.
? Cardiology composition includes: 5 Interventional Cardiologists, 8 Non-invasive/imaging Cardiologists, 3 Electrophysiologists, 3 Vascular Surgeons
