An award-winning not-for-profit independent healthcare system, nationally recognized for bariatric & metabolic weight loss, is seeking an experienced Obesity Medicine Provider/Weight Management Department Lead physician to join their growing two-provider team in the Minneapolis Metro:

• Newly developed program and volumes quickly growing due to community need
• 100% outpatient weight management: no weekends, no nights, no call, no holidays
• Around 10%-15% administrative time (opportunity to further grow admin over time) with remaining time dedicated to clinic
• Accredited Comprehensive Center under the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP)
• $300,000+ ongoing base guarantee with no RVU pressure
