The position involves a rotating schedule of two weeks on and two weeks off with specified call hours.

• Type of cases required: ENDO, Peds, Ortho, ENT, General, Vascular, Pain Management, OB/GYN, Podiatry
• Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
• Case logs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
• Number of providers during the day: 1 (PRN CRNA works with you on Monday and Wednesday)
